Fiction worldbuilding idea, free to a good home: disability flatware bank. Like a food bank, people with spare spoons and/or forks donate them and people in need receive boxes of them. Not sure whether this should manifest as a literal transfer of presumably-magic-imbued flatware (or other convenient objects) or more like a write-a-check cash-a-check model or if the donors actually do tasks for the recipients. I leave that to the idea adoptee(s)' discretion.
