I do not know what my phone number is. Apparently something went wrong activating the new phone and transferring the old number to the new phone (gee, you think? because I started the transfer process on Friday and it's supposed to take a few hours to two business days, and it's Wednesday), and customer service told me I would have to get a new number because that was the only thing they could do. But the email that customer service rep sent me just now says the old number.
This is, at least, less freak-out-worthy than halfway through the call, which was "I just lost a hundred dollars by mistyping the phone number I'm transferring DEAR SELF WHAT THE HELL". This turns out not to be the case, thank fuck. I'm going to try calling the number again to activate the new phone.
