So I finally washed out, set up, and figured out how to operate the coffeemaker that my oldest sister gave me last summer. (For some reason known to no one, at the time she and her husband had three of them.) I have no fuckin' clue what kind of coffee I used; it's whatever kind Dad had around, which I think is some variety of Folgers. I meant to chill the coffee but decided I couldn't be bothered for the test run.

Verdict: mostly successful. For the same quantity of coffee I should use somewhat less water and somewhat more milk, honey, and chocolate syrup. And I really should refrigerate it, because lukewarm coffee isn't best. Also, why am I drinking coffee at eight pm? I'ma be up AAAAALLL night.
