Comcast tech has come and gone. Problem is apartment-building-wide. He will notify them to send someone to deal with it; we should be connected again in a couple hours. And if tomorrow comes and I'm still not connected, I'm to give Comcast another call.

GREAT NOW THE POWER IS OUT. Who do I even call about this? NM, found it. Good thing for phone data. I am going to the library now.
