BLU service got back to me! My phone has been hard-reset and is out of bootloop!

But the battery is still distressingly warm after being on the charger a few minutes, and it doesn't actually seem to be charging, which is a problem because it's down at 18%...and also "hard reset" means "none of my apps are there"...
