More to write! This call for submissions is for Autonomous Press's NeuroQueer series, which is about queer neurodivergence and disability; this particular anthology is poetry, fiction, and memoir about consent and compliance.

Also more to write! Specifically looking at Have Quest, Will Travel, myself. I have just under three weeks to write my sword and sorcery.

Been to the doctor today about my hands being all owie all the time.

Carpal fucking tunnel, the doctor says. Probably. I have to schedule an EMG (whatever that is) to confirm. I also have to schedule physical therapy. And acquire two wrist braces. And I have a bottle of naproxen now, which I badly want to take the first one to see if it actually works (it went from an okay day hand-pain-wise to a bad day right about when I washed my car) but the instructions are clear that I should not drive till I know how it affects me. So I guess get to work, eat noms and drink water and take pill promptly upon arrival.

I am medicating with ice cream right now. Because that is a REASONABLE FUCKING RESPONSE to being diagnosed with CARPAL FUCKING TUNNEL.

Did I mention my paycheck job is (mis-, but with reason) classified as data entry clerk? And y'all all know I write and crochet and make jewelry and knit?

Brandi Carlile, "Raise Hell". Supernatural. Ruby. Ruby as the singer, who's gonna raise hell. I'm particularly envisioning the lines "better men have hit their knees and bigger men have died" with the clip of Sam's death in 2x21, followed ("I'm gonna raise hell") by the demons pouring out of the devil's gate in 2x22. The rest of the vid is in flux in my mind (the white light from the end of 4x22 features somewhere, though), but I will be highly interested in seeing what someone else comes up with.

To actually vid this myself, I have to rip a fuckton of Blu-rays (I lost my DVD rips in an external hard drive crash) and watch a fuckton of show. I am not even in this fandom anymore, for good fucking reason.
