"—Oh fuck," said Chat Noir, Plagg's green eyes wide in Adrien's masked face. "Stay safe," he murmured in her ear. "Tell no one—I'll talk to Ladybug, don't worry, it's not your fault, just stay safe and don't tell."

Chat Noir vanished over the rooftop's edge, his staff retracting after him. Distantly Marinette heard him mutter "She's gonna kill me…"

Marinette's knees wobbled and dumped her on the ground.
