Woke up to an email from Mom saying I shouldn't go volunteer at Pride tomorrow because I've been sick all week. Okay, fair enough, but I'm feeling mostly fine today, so I'm still going. Already paid the admission fee, anyway.
Few minutes ago I got an email from Dad saying I shouldn't go volunteer at Pride tomorrow because I'm not sick, I'm stressed, and deciding to go volunteer at Pride is the cause of said stress.
Excuse me, what the fuck? The social anxiety part of the program hasn't kicked in yet, and that's the only stressful thing about Pride, far's I know.
And now I must run. Work time.
