You know, given that, in Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson series, Athena's children are all conceived through purely mental gymnastics, no sex required...mightn't that mean she could have a kid with a mortal mother instead of only kids with mortal fathers? What about the other Olympians? Admittedly, for the other Olympians with halfblood kids, het sex is probably most of the fun of producing a child, but...
