It is one thing to include me on an email to everybody in the family asking
for prayers for a deceased distant relation. (Nobody I knew. Not sure it
was anybody Mom knew either.) It is something else entirely to direct the
email solely to my atheist self and two of my siblings, of whom one isn't
Christian any more than I am (though what she is now I don't know).
ATHEIST, Mother. Prayer? Not a thing I do.
