Well, Fuji-san, if I recall, likely has shrines and kami, assuming it isn't a kami itself, and so you may be able to make an informed guess that such things exist and fudge their exact location.

I'm not sure of the appropriate god, but surely there's a shrine somewhere to the one(s) whose domain are the arts. I only know about the Ise shrine, but it can't be the only one.
