LightspeedMag just tweeted "Fun facts: QDSF did 48% better than WDSF on day 1 & was doing 60% better by the end of day 2." How does one do better than the Women Destroy Science Fiction Kickstarter, unless one's like the Veronica Mars movie?
I'm just hoping they aren't tapping out the market for queer-and-trans-art-related Kickstarter money. 'Cause if they are, Translucent's in trouble. But if they're indicating massive untapped market, Translucent's gonna do just fine.
I hate putting this in free-market-capitalism terms, by the way, but I dunno how else to phrase it. The capitalist paradigm has hold of my head pretty good, for all the obvious reasons.
