I would like it known that excepting three exams which must be proctored (one of which I can't take till after Wednesday, another not till after Monday, and I ain't making a special trip for the third), I am done done DONE with three of my classes.
Not, sadly, including Human Sexuality. Dear classmates: Most sexual assault is committed by someone the victim knows and trusts. Publicizing the registered sex offender list isn't going to protect the little ones nearly as much as you want it to, since if your little one is being molested it's probably your boyfriend or her teacher who's doing it, neither of whom is likely to be a registered sex offender. And yes there is such a thing as rape culture, and why does the term 'registered sex offender' always conjure the image of the child molester, not of the date-rapist? *bangs head on keyboard* argh.
