(no subject)

For reasons, the water in the water heater is almost certainly all dirty, even if the cold water is running clear now (which I believe it should be but have not actually tested). I am in desperate need of clean skin and hair and also a way to yank my focus off a thing I do not want to give any more of my attention. Dare I take a hot shower? Can I tolerate a cold shower, or a shower in dirty water? INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW.

I also need to go to bed. It's only eight hours and a bit till my PT appointment.
