I have choosemyplate.gov open in the next tab, The Happiness Diet open on my Kindle, and another DW entry draft open in the next tab the other direction, for purposes of attempting to plan a week's worth of meals, all of which are to be prepared tomorrow from ingredients (mostly) bought earlier tomorrow, aiming to come in under $60 in ingredients for the week. I do not have price information available to me at the moment.
This is such a fun game.
Doesn't help that I don't typically do the "three meals a day" thing, either. I eat an hour or so after waking up. I eat about an hour before I leave for work, or else I buy a food on the way to work and eat at my desk when I get to work. I eat at seven-thirty Mon-Thu (on weeks when they're not fucking with 4-12's schedule; this coming week I am pretty sure I'm eating at five-thirty because I'm working two to ten) and six-thirty Fri and around that time Sat-Sun (but this has historically depended on when dinnertime is at the family house, which, well). I eat when I get home from work. I might eat again before going to bed, depending on when that is. By my count that's four or five meals a day. Which I want to plan for! And preferably eat different things for each meal on any given day!
