Sunday cooking
tuna pomodoro, 4 servings
Greek baked ziti, 6 servings
basic brown rice pilaf with peas, 4 servings

cook whenever, or don't cook just eat

If money is an issue, you can get powdered milk to taste more like real milk if you add a little oil to it - the mildest flavored one you can. And not much milk, probably about a tablespoon per gallon made.

That might depend on location - it's less expensive here than fresh. I also tend to keep it on hand for hurricane season.
