But absolutely not doing NaNo, I've definitely messed myself up just doing the editing on Graveyard Shift this last month, no way I could do a full novel in that time.
Don't do NaNo this year. Give yourself time to settle into your new home, time to deal with other things, time for your wrists to recover as much as able. If you feel inspired to write, awesome, but don't give yourself another obligation to add to stress and guilt when not able to fulfil it.
ETA: Admittedly that link is a tempting thing. But this won't be the last Open Door period, and it's better to take your time with writing and editing rather than rushing through it in an attempt to make this deadline.
