I am so sick of being zoned out when I want to do things.

Especially since my revised short story is due Sunday for workshopping and I am not done revising yet. And my reading questions are due Monday before work and I have not begun them yet. And I am afraid I am going to be zoned all tomorrow, too. I'm going to switch to ibuprofen in a couple hours when I could take another oxycodone were I planning to do so, but I don't frankly expect that to help enough to keep me from taking another oxycodone a few hours after that...

my doctor was suggesting I do ibuprofen every 8 hours and oxycodone every 8 hours for my stuff, before we figured out that I can't take ibuprofen because of my other pain meds so I'm just in woozy brain limbo for a bit. but. that is a thing you could try! as a coping method or whatnot. :/

write to your teachers and tell them what's going on. Ask for an extension. Do it now rather than when things are due.

Except Prof. Osborne-Gowey isn't even going to see my email until tomorrow evening if not Monday morning (her time). Says so in her contact thing: Friday evening till Sunday afternoon she turns off electronics for family time. Can't say as I blame her, but.
