And in news from the two hours it took to get sister off phone (hey Mom, we have had that modem since May, just fucking call Comcast about high-speed Internet already, because everybody in the house is fucking sick of dial-up), I'm on my first watch of Vampire Diaries, nearly all the way through the first season, and Stefan and Damon really fucking need to fuck already.

My theory is he shut down his emotions because that was the only way to stop feeling Lucifer's, and he hasn't got them back on yet.

Yeah, I don't see him as coming back evil but being insanely walled up. Plus "Mystery Spot" doesn't exactly show him as the most stable guy when closed off and hunting. I'm a bit more icked out by the Campbells.
