World, make this happen

Hey, know what would be useful? An app like the one [personal profile] kaberett tipped me to that asks the PHQ-9 questions, only it asks them about one day at a time. Then when it has two weeks of data, it can generate the two-weeks score based on Less Guesswork. And as long as one checks in daily, it can refresh the two-weeks score daily. And if one misses a check-in, one can guess about it later in order to keep from fucking up the two-weeks score.

...I suppose I could spreadsheet this.

So for what it's worth, my take on the PHQ-9 is that it's asking not just what's *actually happened* but what your experiential memory of it is - if all you can emotionally *remember* of the last two weeks is grim misery (even if that's not "what happened") that's indicative that somethings wrong.

which might not be what you're after! But if it's not, Moodscope or Superbetter might be closer to your spec?
