I was conjoining the House of Savoy (Renaissance Italy) with the before-my-time song (mostly heard as an instrumental) "Stompin' at the Savoy," but adding your tasty spelling. It's probably lucky I didn't think of Savory Savoy Brown (British band of the late '60s-early '70s).
