"Transfaith For Allies: An Introduction" at Transfaith Institute is a free, self-paced course—call it the first part of Transgender 201, perhaps. I want to get everyone I deal with offline on a regular basis to take it.
Don't be put off by the "faith" bit; Transfaith as an organization is multi-tradition and the course is entirely devoid of religious content. (The comments on various sections are a different story, but those are the words of the participants, not the course itself.)
