Latest crisis: my health insurance provider (I'm on a plan through my employer) is not going to offer plans through my employer anymore. And the GOP badly wants to take away protection for people with preexisting conditions, like, y'know, me.
I've come off the panic attack. I've done a couple levels of spiritual cleansings. I have water (and orange juice and salt and gluten-and-sodium-free chicken bouillon—why is the only GF bouillon I could find also sodium-free?) heating for rice that I will eat with peas and cheese and either ranch or Catalina. A kind person has dropped money in my Paypal; perhaps more people wish to be so kind and I would certainly be exceedingly grateful if anyone with both ability and desire were to be so kind. And the crisis is not immediate regardless.
But.

Which is excellent for the people with multiple food restrictions, I'm sure...

Precisely.
I mean, "sodium free" is easily cured by the addition of salt, but.
