IT's been awhile since I've seen it, but couldn't the woman who killed herself in the motel (and the ghost guy got killed over) have spoken to someone female?

Or the Lilith hallucination was a spell set to be triggered if Dean was ever emotionally and physically vulnerable, by Lilith?

Ruby maybe reporting in to the boss lady?

Like I said it's been awhile, so I dont know how plausible any of these are.

Yeah, but the thing is, Jessie doesn't speak. There's a woman looking askance at Luther Garland, whose name I've decided is Diane, and she also doesn't speak. Excluding Lilith because she's in Dean's head (I don't buy the spell thing) means there are no speaking female characters at all. I thought Point of No Return was the only episode like that.

I'm probably going to go with Jessie and Diane. I don't know how I'd tie Ruby into the events of the ep. Every other one has been connected to something in the ep in question.
