*googles "how to get soaked-in coffee out of a padded lunchbox"*

(V says just buy a new one, which is not wrong and also the thing I did last time this happened, but money. not has.)

it's been that kind of day. I went to refill my water this morning and also grab a can of ginger ale, and ended up flat on my back halfway back to the bedroom with a seriously ouch nose and a leaking can of ginger ale...

If it's padded cloth, you can try washing it on the gentle cycle and setting it in front of a fan to dry.

Cold water and dishsoap works, too. Cold water especially, for some reason it breaks up the coffee oils better than warm or hot does.

Probably because cold water doesn't set the stain; heat would.

That would actually make sense.

But this method also works for cleaning the pot itself. :) I love it.

Some days are like that. I'm so sorry.

I'm notorious among my family for putting EVERYTHING in the washer provided it is on delicates cold cycle. Yes, that includes a padded lunchbox, and yes, that specific one got clean and is still usable, but on the other hand, I have also destroyed many garments and an entire foam mattress this way.

At some point I should figure out how to get foundation out of my nail bits holder. It is shiny so it shouldn't be hard? But I'm so damn lazy I'll probably just keep it until I decide to transfer the stuff in it to another receptacle.
