I just had an epiphany.

Just now I was complaining about a creative error one of my coworkers made. (1510 and 17203 are not interchangeable. And unlike the equally noninterchangeable 17203 and 17213, the mistake is neither simple nor obvious.) And earlier I was complaining about a creative screw-up one of our customers made. (Customer service will call them next week sometime to ask which they actually wish to do of the two mutually contradictory things they're trying to do simultaneously.)

Please note the adjective these two things have in common. Please note its context and usage.

That's how fucked this culture is. Even a creative person thinks of creativity as a problem, treats it as an insult!

for context: I ordinarily hate, loathe, and despise Gatorade

Gatorade tastes like the nectar of the gods, I'm telling you. I'm gonna go have a fourth glass.

(oh is that my problem. did I really miss the employee recognition at which they announced my promotion due to an electrolyte imbalance? now I'm annoyed.)

ETA: The world is back in balance. I know this because Gatorade is again nasty.

gah. fricking hot.

I keep yawning. I know the cure for this. But I have had enough caffeine for a couple days, and it is still ridic hot out and therefore it is ridic hot upstairs where my bed is.

There are so many things I want to write but none of them want to settle and half of them require a fuckton of canon review first. Also it is a little hard to write with sister and her chatterbox friends in the same room, and this is the comfy chair so I don't wanna take the laptop elsewhere.

Did my eyes deceive me or did Jasmine actually have the lamp in her hand in that one scene in Disney's Aladdin? If she'd had it one moment longer, that would have made the movie end so differently. As might have Aladdin telling Jasmine the truth the moment she figured it out, or when the Sultan found out Jasmine wanted to marry Prince Ali. See also, things I want to write, though as sister and her friends and I have just finished watching the film, canon review is not really necessary on this one (I think it's the same one, though I am not quite sure why I think that).

Why did Dad leave for his sister's without telling the home wifi to accept connections from my new Kindle's MAC address? I didn't think to download my library while on work wifi and I can't on home wifi until Dad gets home and fixes it. (We've had a problem with people stealing our wifi, so now it is locked to specific MAC addresses, which is a problem when someone acquires a new device.)

Oh hey sister is taking friends home. I think I will put in Sailor Moon or Yu-Gi-Oh!.

TOO HOT. laundry away, upstairs bathroom clean, and bedroom tidy must wait until it cools down. when that will be, gods only know.

how did I miss those things also my blankets clearly need a bath because they are probably going folded up and away now TOO HOT.

third laundry load is teeny, just the dish towels that some are going to be cut in half to be hand towels with crocheted handles. they are expected to shrink a couple inches after their first wash so I don't think I dare crochet the handles before that.
