Yeeeeah nobody likes this idea. But at this point Adrien only cares whether it will work.
CN serious injury, self-injury, blood. Might also choose not to click if you're unnerved by vampires.
Scenario: Post-reveal on multiple fronts. Marinette is on the verge of dying. (Internal bleeding? Blood loss? Who knows? I haven't decided exactly what bits Gabriel stabbed yet.) Tikki is exhausted. Neither Marinette nor Adrien has anything to feed Tikki. No one will be able to get them help of any kind soon enough unless Gabriel permits that, which he will not do. Recent events have not exactly lessened Adrien's willingness to get himself hurt or killed if his so doing will improve Ladybug's chances against Hawkmoth. Killing Gabriel is technically an option Adrien has, but it's neither desirable nor, more to the point, certain.
Think Tikki could recharge via Adrien's blood sugar?
ETA: I did math and no.

My first thought: Where's Marinette's purse? She usually keeps an extra macaron or two in there, especially later in the series.
My second thought: How recently has he eaten, and what was it?
My third thought: I'm not really sure whether blood is where sugar is most concentrated in the body, anyway.
My fourth thought: ...I mean. There was that first aid class I took like ten years ago. And how, if there was a clear liquid coming from someone's ears, if it smelled/tasted (ew) sweet, that meant it was brain fluid, because apparently there's a fair amount of sugar in the brain.
Did I say something about a unicorn chaser? Because I think I need a whole herd's worth now.

2) I don't know but I see no reason the answer can't be "a couple hours ago and a solid breakfast, and then when he got to school Marinette gave him a big extra-sweet coffee and he drank it all".
3&4) Adrien may not care how badly he gets hurt here, but Tikki will.

Or, well, she might tell Adrien no and then look significantly over at Hawkmoth for a moment to watch him sweat? But really, no. Given the above math, Adrien could have double the blood sugar I mathed with--which would put him well into "actively dying" hyperglycemia--and he'd still die of blood loss before Tikki had consumed enough to get the sugar content of one (1) actual cookie.
Adrien is okay in theory with killing Gabriel if Gabriel attacks again and he's pretty sure that would knock over the non-interference barrier, but in practice he isn't sure he can, else he'd have done it already, and it'd be a lot less messy to just rip Gabriel's throat out. Adrien is also entirely okay with dying to give Ladybug a strategic advantage. But Gabriel isn't all that much bigger than Adrien, thus doesn't have that much more blood volume, and probably has lower blood sugar rn because HE doesn't have a girlfriend who likes to feed him baked goods and extra sweet coffee. Recharging Tikki with Agreste blood sugar would kill both Adrien and Gabriel and it's just too much pain and mess for the strategic advantage.
Also Gabriel wouldn't hold still for it.

I think the only person who matters in determining who lives and who dies if Tikki goes unchecked is Tikki.
