Sure, the math wouldn't add up, but if Tikki has decided that Hawkmoth is going to be a meal, I'm not sure she cares about the math. Or whether he's going to hold still while she ravages him. Tikki's unchecked lucky charm might not make it matter, either.

I think the only person who matters in determining who lives and who dies if Tikki goes unchecked is Tikki.
