coronavirus & today's primaries
on the one hand, delaying elections sets a horrible precedent
on the other hand, holding elections mid-pandemic—when many people are unable to go do things because they are at least one of ill and vulnerable and many more people are, out of compassion, unwilling to go do things that might facilitate conveying disease from ill to vulnerable—treats the votes of healthy abled assholes as more important than anyone else's votes, health, and lives…which sets a horrible precedent
(Arizona, Florida, and Illinois primaries today; Ohio's were supposed to be)

everything's vote by mail in this state, which is great except for how I voted Warren basically the moment I got my ballot, which was well before she dropped out, which was technically before our primary!
