So I've been kicking around a story idea in which Castiel tries to bribe the boys into worshipping him, using resurrected family members as the bribes. Among them being Adam.

Think how Adam will react when he hears about Ben. Because Dean did the same thing to Lisa and Ben that John did to Kate and Adam. Only worse.

I now see Adam trying to pop Dean one and Sam holding him back--Adam arguing big time. (Finally got my butt to yoga for the first time since the week before Easter)

Adam's a regular person, so he's not subject to the Winchesters "I do what has to be done" slippery-slope morality -- he'd call Dean on violating Lisa and Ben's Free Will.

I am still stuck at the stage of: WHAT EVEN JUST HAPPENED?

I honestly do not understand canon Dean anymore. I literally can’t believe he did that. It made me have to fic, and I was... well, sympathetic, but A) Dean really can do no wrong in my eyes, it is a problem but an immutable fact of the universe and B) Jesus God, he has no one but Sam. AGAIN. And at least my Dean is eyerolly about that. I just. Augh. Admittedly, I never liked Cas very much, but basically making Dean LOSE everyone but Sam... I just... We do not like. :/

Urg. Please don’t mind me. I got out of bed to write my fic that deals directly with this issue and then I just kind of didn’t get back to the whole sleep idea, so I am not sure if I am making any sense right now.

I have a feeling you would hate my fic since it is sympathetic to Dean in all this...

I have this general feeling the writers probably regret writing in Adam, since they didn’t deal with him AT ALL in S6. :P
