So I've been kicking around a story idea in which Castiel tries to bribe the boys into worshipping him, using resurrected family members as the bribes. Among them being Adam.

Think how Adam will react when he hears about Ben. Because Dean did the same thing to Lisa and Ben that John did to Kate and Adam. Only worse.

I now see Adam trying to pop Dean one and Sam holding him back--Adam arguing big time. (Finally got my butt to yoga for the first time since the week before Easter)

Yes, exactly! Except maybe without Sam holding him back. And Dean's fighting back, but only halfheartedly, because one he doesn't want to hurt Adam and two he knows he did a shitty thing.

Also we suck at accountability buddies.

I think how much Dean fights back has a lot to do with how good Adam is at effectively punching him. (Though let's face it, Dean would probably just find a way to get Adam's hands behind his back 'til he calmed down.)
