HOW DID I NEVER KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE. When the Badger Grows Horns, a racebending fic in which John Winchester is First Nations, specifically Diné (aka Navajo). ramblin_rosie did a beautiful job tying together Diné myths and Supernatural canon, and the boys have extended family who aren't Campbells!
