Oooh, neat. I wish I weren't so braindead. Well, that, and I avoid wider fandom specifically to avoid the bashing, so I don't have that much direct experience.

Well, it's spread over a week, and the person who thought this up figures any female character is fair game because any one of them has probably had some level of fannish hate directed at her at some point in her history.

One of the most hilarious things about Supernatural is the thing where most of the time, I forget that Ruby is dead in canon. Because I thought she was so fucking awesome, I resurrected her as an archangel in my personal headcanon and I generally forget that this is not the actual state of affairs. (No lie: jmtorres was talking about an incident where someone made an offhand comment to her about dead femme fatales re: her Ruby costume, and how Juls was going "...huh, wait what?" because she has different headcanon but Ruby is similarly alive and... I totally did not process and started debating whether Ruby really counts as dead with the whole braindead host, because Ruby is totally still kicking. And Juls of course started cracking the fuck up because I'd exactly the thing she was talking about. *g*)

ANYWAY. I am not sure I could participate in that fest but hot damn, I am hopeful for fic coming out of it! <3
