One Laptop Per Child, surely?

I thought she was twelve or thirteen as of The Rapture, which was what, April, May 2009? And canon's brought us to October 2012, so fifteen to seventeen, depending on birthdate.

These things would be so much easier to figure out if IMDB gave birth years for child actors. Also I need her as old as she can plausibly be. People listen to older teens more readily than younger teens. Not that people listen to older teens all that well.
