KudosCon: a fan convention dedicated to fanworks! Here's their Kickstarter.
I'm out of my mind for wanting to go, of course. Because it looks like it'll run me five hundred dollars for air tickets, and most of three hundred for three nights' stay, and I don't want to know the gas to get to the airport, the price for leaving my car at the airport for four days, or the food and souvenirs at and around the con itself, plus what I'm pledging to Kickstarter, and I really don't have over a thousand dollars. But it sounds like it'll be a lot of fun and I want to go.
I wonder how much overtime money I'll make the rest of this year. I shouldn't go, I really really shouldn't even think about going, but...
