Dear self: It is well past get-home-from-work time, even on a usual day-shift day. Therefore the excuse of "I have a half day off today, I can goof off if I like" no longer flies. And all the Queer Theories discussion posts (which must, I remind you, be done after reading two pdfs and a whole if reasonably slim book plus watching a film) are due tomorrow, and there is not yet any actual guarantee of no work tomorrow. GET SCHOOLWORKING.
