So it was recommended to me that I try Dogfish Head Brewery's Ta Henket brew, right? And hey, look, the website says it's in stock at the brewery, which is not an unreasonable drive from me. So I drove down to buy some.
THEY NO LONGER MAKE THE DAMN BEER.
ETA: Found it online. It is being shipped at ridiculous expense from California and I will not get to try it for probably a week, but I will get to try it after all. Also the Theobroma from Dogfish Head, which is the chocolate one. Everything's better with chocolate, right?

I bought a four-pack of Midas Touch from Dogfish Head on impulse yesterday, and it tasted fine. At least at first. But I don't know how much of the it-stopped-tasting-good-two-thirds-down was the beer and how much was preexisting bleh. I believe I will make beer bread with one of the three remaining bottles, see how that comes out.

Their site *claims* they make it sometimes still. CLEARLY THEY LIE.
Chocolate beer?
If you have beer that you don't finish, also consider putting it into chili or a crock pot with chicken or pork and some good red onions. Makes even the worst beer palatable to me!
Re: Chocolate beer?
Shall do!
Ooh, that sounds tasty.
