So apparently the Maleficent fandom (or at least the AO3 canonical character tag) is convinced raven guy's name is Diaval. Um. Are we sure that's not 'Diabhal' with the Gaelic 'bh' that sounds like English 'v'? Okay, maybe I just think it would be funny to have raven guy be named the Gaelic word for 'devil'...

(Raven guy should have been raven girl, too. Just sayin'.)

In the credits it is spelled with a V. But it is definitely "devil" - he is based on her raven from the original Disney movie, who was named Diablo ;p
