Can't help thinking $40 as the lowest tier for the book is seriously over the top pricing, the two book kickstarters I've backed recently were in the $10-15 range for an e-copy (both made their targets). It's not just this one setting pricing up there, unfortunately, there's also an anthology of autistic PoC writing that just failed to fund, that wanted $25 for the e-book.
