I dunno, I'm not afraid to ask for much.

* October Daye fic featuring Gillian Daye-Marks.
** Gillian's too important to Toby to just vanish off the page, and she's too fascinating in herself.

* October Daye fic featuring someone trans.
** I kinda expect this is a nonissue in Faerie. If you can turn a girl into a fish, you can turn a trans girl into a cis girl. But that's extrapolation from canon, not actually canon, and not really fanon either—not popular enough, probably 'cause no one in the October Daye fandom but me cares.

* Indexing fic featuring a fairy tale or folk tale from Outside Europe.
** Because the Aarne-Thompson Index is, I'd lay money, predominated by European stories, leaving out a whole lot of stories of PoC origin.

* Sailor Moon Classic anime meta explaining the metaphysics.
** I haven't seen most of Classic in a very long time, but I seem to recall that every Big Bad wanted a different metaphysical something from people, and that's an awful lot of confusing metaphysics.

* Sailor Moon meta, pick a canon any canon, explaining the history of the Moon Kingdom et al in conjunction with the history of Earth as we know it outside canon.
** I cannot make "Prince of Earth" make sense in my head in any manner.

I'd love to see some of that in the new Indexing stories due this year. I think the Anansi/Coyote/Brer Rabbit trickster stories would work brilliantly within the Indexing framework.
