Data point: I have not been dizzy once in the two hours or so since I decided it was time to go to the grocery store (and since I was heading in that direction anyway, Goodwill) to get chicken for my stir-fry.
Data point: I was getting dizzy pretty much constantly all day while I was supposed to be (or trying to be, or actually doing) packing.
Data point: That is an awful lot of stir-fry.
Data point: The stir-fry is ready and the rice is not. :(

Yeah, the low blood pressure I knew about. Low blood sugar hasn't been a problem for me in the past, that I know of...

...true that. I just had a big meal, though, so I'm good for a bit.

If unsolicited thoughts on the matter are not welcome, please disregard the following: I find for myself, big meals can lead to moar dizzies, because all my blood goes off to digest food and then there's not really enough to support me standing up or bending over. :/ YMMV, of course.

Salt tablets, no. Gatorade, yeah, not real fond of it either but I can drink it.
...it should be on my pantry list, shouldn't it. I go fix that.
