So apparently I just watched the most recent Once Upon a Time? (My middle sister's idea.) Clearly (1) they're more messing with Disney movies than with fairy tales (which I'm sure all y'all figured out long since) (2) I need to watch from the beginning (I left off a few episodes in to season one and forget why).

I also just watched a Doctor Who and if all the episodes are that horror-riffic, no. Not happening. Not watching another one ever.

if caffeine doesn't keep you awake, take your pain meds with whichever caffeine delivery system you prefer (cola, tea, coffee), because it dilates the blood vessels and makes the delivery a little bit faster and a LOT smoother.

I loathe taking even ibuprofen for pain management, but have been taking hydrocodone for a new PITA, which is finally dying down to a level I can cope with simply because I have to take the ibuprofen for arthritis pain anyway. I noticed a DISTINCT improvement in the way the hydrocodone works with caffeine versus without, so give it a shot.

Sometimes a soothing temperature did more for the wisdom-teeth pain than medication. A warm cloth against your jaw, or a cold one, depending on your preferences, is a good addition because you can use it repeatedly without worrying about total "dosage."

I was thinking the same thing! "No, bad charity, no, bad chef!"
