I'd've been awake longer had I had this. While I don't fee like 'shit' most days sometimnes we forget to do the basics, because we get caught up in other basics )Basic magic study grounding; other corsework, etc)...so.

**feeling a bit of your strid? Have you centered? If yes-check yourself to see what is causing the off-kilter (Have you done other things on this like (UIE htydrated, etc) Yes? OK. If not; center and see how ya feel.
*Feel like ya being crowed by emotions? Have ya shielded? No? Do so? Yes? CHeck your surroundings; are ya too close to someone who's violating your space? Around too many peole? If yes, find somewhere quiet to be for a bit, then rejoin.
