cold brew coffee has resumed

gluh. do I want to get rid of the half bag of medium-dark-roast whole coffee beans, or do I want to mix it with the light roast at a dark:light ratio of something nontrivially lower than 1:1 until I run out of the medium-dark stuff? because mixing the medium-dark half and half with the light still results in coffee that is absurdly bitter even when then mixed with more than the quantity of milk and a whole bunch of dark chocolate syrup!

I have for years done a cold brew concentrate because I can't drink 'regular' coffee with the acidity. It really helps!
