I am not sure the volume per day of cat pee in the last idk 36h has changed significantly from earlier than that, but the volume per litter clump has gone down rather, and the number of litter clumps per day has increased rather a lot. Should I worry?

Cats get dehydrated easily. Is she eating wet food? She should be, and you could try watering it down a bit. If the situation doesn't improve then yes, it's worth calling the vet.

Not really? She'll eat most of the beef flavor but not really touch the other flavors. I suppose I could just feed her the beef for a while?

Cats develop tastes, like humans. Mine like two varieties of a particular brand, and didn't want to eat any other kind, so that's what she gets.

Add a little water to the wet food. Not so it's liquid, just so it's a little wetter.
