I think one of the songs we heard at Music Under The Trees (sung by Cade Tinney but I dunno if she's who wrote it) is called "Wrong Together"? IS IT ON BANDCAMP I NEED IT. Princesses and huntresses and dragons!
…actually is Cade Tinney on Bandcamp generally because everything she did was beautiful. Except the kazoo part of—I'm guessing the song's called "Ophelia"? Shakespearean filk of Simon and Garfunkel, anyway—which was just hilarious.
Vixy & Tony, "Furies". Mad Max: Fury Road, but also the current state of US politics. "Who told you there's only three? Remember me!" —hey look last year's version is on YouTube!
So all Ménage à Trio's pieces are improv, and many of them are based on prompts from the audience. Someone said "Schrodinger's octopus", someone else said something like "the death of the immortal jellyfish queen", and whenazurelunatic said "Unseelie toddler loose in the farmers' market", Betsy Tinney's face was a sight.
