I got nailed with the insufficient funds fee not twice but four times. Two of them today, and I deposited six hundred dollars today. What the ever-loving fuck.

Banks are worse than this?

I suppose I didn't really have other plans for that $140...

And now the one credit card company isn't letting me add a new payment account without the security word I've gone and forgotten. Lovely. The others are not giving me this trouble.

A less than nice credit union, apparently. I don't suppose there is a one you could switch to with better practices?

I've been looking around for a credit union or local bank to move my money to, and I know it's been bewildering how different policies can be from one place to the next. :(

I haven't even finished switching to this one. Argh. *checks* Okay, I do qualify for the other credit union in town, on account of Dad's retired military. But I think I'd rather stick with the credit union that I qualify for on my own merits and that's a three-minute walk from my place of employment.
