I has updated the Mitchell database originally found here. There actually wasn't that much to add, though half of what did get added (the half from
2ndary_author's Howling fic series) is orthogonal to everything else we know about the Griffith family.
*frowns at IE* All right, I'll bite, how the hell do I post to
clan_mitchell when the comm page doesn't have a "Post to this community" link and the update page doesn't have a visible drop-down for where to post to? I'm sure I saw that drop-down in Firefox. (I'm positive I saw the location/music/etc boxes in Firefox too, and those aren't here right now either, so it must be IE's fault.)
'Scuse me, got to kick the crap out of IE. And the dial-up connection that has caused the Firefox install download to implode a half dozen times now. And whichever bright person made it so the first thing that happens on Firefox's automatic-before-opening self-update makes it so that the second try at opening the old version gives the error "Platform version '1.9.0.8' is not compatible with minVersion >= '1.9.0.9' maxVersion <= '1.9.0.9'". And whoever decided Yahoo!Geocities won't do free web hosting anymore. (Nobody I know of is gonna care if the rest of my Geocities site goes poof, but y'all are likely to still want the Mitchell database later, so anybody got any recommendations for a free webhost where I can stash it?)
