Can somebody please beta my spn_j2_xmas pinch hit? spn_betas and spn_betas aren't biting, I don't want to post this unbetaed because I don't have much experience writing what got written, and my poor recipient has been waiting for ages.

Also, this thing where anything I type in Firefox comes out gibberish NEEDS TO STOP. (Composing this entry in Notepad.)
