Fandom Snowflake Challenge Day 8

I put words together. My posts at Slacktiverse. (I keep forgetting to link them over here.) And elliemurasaki. I'm told I'm good at this. Now if you don't mind, I need to get back to it. I signed up for the getyourwordsout 10% challenge, which given my GYWO goal is fifteen thousand words in one story, and I've got a sermon to write for the Unitarian Universalists. I'm making progress! I've got nearly eight minutes' worth!

Looking for multiple someones to beta-read my sermon on privilege for the local Unitarian Universalists. Three thousand words, that's fifteen, twenty minutes of talking, right?

In the words of the adorable Leslie Knope, founder of Galentine's Day:

What’s Galentine’s Day? Oh it’s only the best day of the year. Every February 13, my lady friends and I leave our husbands and our boyfriends at home and we just come and kick it breakfast-style. Ladies celebratin’ ladies. . . If you look inside your bags you will find a few things: A bouquet of hand crocheted flower pens, a mosaic portrait of each of you made from the crushed bottles of your favorite diet soda and a personalized 5,000-word essay on why you are all so awesome.

In that spirit, this is my official Galentine’s Day party post! Galentine's Day is celebrated with frittatas (which you will have to take care of yourself), gifts and essays on why we're all awesome.

How it works:

-- Just comment to this post! I can't make you mosaic portraits from diet soda bottles, but I can make you meta, recs, ficlets, itty bitty vidlets, or graphics(ish) and I can certainly tell you why you're awesome.
-- If you want, include a question/request for a bit of meta or recs of a certain kind, or a prompt (or a couple for me to choose from), and I may write you a twitfic or a drabble or a comment fic of unpredictable length, or make you a mini-picspam or possibly a very wee vidlet, or do something totally random, if inspiration strikes. (Specific-ish prompts will increase the chances of fic, and song suggestions will absolutely increase the chances of itty bitty vidlets!) Since my vidletting and fic-writing is always fickle, if my creativity fails or if I'm overcome by your awesomeness, I will write you a 5,000 word essay comment on why you are so awesome, or just note if you'd rather be told how awesome you are. :) (Answers may or may not all happen by February 13, but they will happen!)
